今日は家庭でできる簡単な肩こり体操をお伝えいたします。

肩こり体操1) まず、横向きに寝ます。

 

2) 肩と肘を直角に曲げます。

 
3) そのまま後ろへ手を倒していきます。

 
4) 身体はそのままで手を後ろに倒していきキープします。

 

 

簡単な体操ですが、身体の芯までグーと来ます。
